CNC Turning (Mazak)
High precision CNC turning up to Ø400mm diameter and 1000mm length. One-off parts, prototypes and small batches welcome.
Milling
Manual and precision milling services for custom parts, repair work and fabrication support.
Welding (TIG / MIG / Laser)
Professional welding for aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. In-house only.
Steel Fabrication
Frames, brackets, platforms and assemblies manufactured to specification.
Fire & Impact Board Cutting
In-house cut-to-size processing of DURASTEEL®, Firemac FM Blue, Kemwell Impact Board and other steel-faced fire protection boards.
Punching
Punching and hole processing for sheet metal and structural components.

Vertex Precision Ltd is a UK-based CNC machining and metal fabrication company located in Essex. With over 20 years of hands-on engineering experience — including aerospace manufacturing, CNC setup and advanced welding — we deliver practical, reliable results and consistent workmanship.
Work policy
All machining, welding and fabrication work is completed at our warehouse facility. We do not provide on-site welding services. Clients deliver materials or assemblies to our workshop where all work is carried out professionally and safely.
We have forklift handling on-site and our own transport for delivery (by arrangement).

- Guillotine — mild steel up to 2.5m length, up to 10mm thickness

- Own transport for delivery (by arrangement)
- In-house workflow: quote → manufacture → inspection → packaging → delivery
